Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo, and Richtofen get cornered by zombies in Morgue City (Shadows of Evil), Nikolai fires the Apothicon Servant but not only does it suck up the zombies it also sucks up the crew as well. and now, they get transported to the world of Remnant because of this 'slight weapon malfunction. (sound similar? well I have no inspiration for this.)
