She was confused and scared. We ran past all the couples and gathered families who seemed to be mesmerized by this, light. I don't know why anyone isn't reacting the correct way. I look toward the end of the peer to see Angelo sprinting towards me, yelling something. He started frantically waving his arms for me to come here. Adri stopped and started crying. I turned one last time to try and grab her before a huge light hit the horizon. A wide shock wave hit, everyone on the peer fell backward. I jumped forward and grabbed Adri so she wouldn't get hurt. But before I could grab her fully, she knocked into me, making me fall on my back. When I sat up I saw people running away from the peer. Looking towards the horizon once more I swear I was blinded by the light. Angelo grabbed me and Adri. I couldn't hear a word he was saying. But right before I could get up the world shook...
