This is a continuation of where Sonic SATAM left off. That means Snively's rise to power, the war that follows, winning the war, and beyond that. Though, there are going to be a lot, and I mean A LOT of chapters dedicated to Snively and his war before the inevitable true fall of the villains and the aftermath of it all, the main story does take place in the aftermath when Robotnik and Snively are both defeated and Mobius is free and beautiful again. Just think of it as arcs. The Snively arc, the Aftermath arc, and the... Main arc... wow, this ones going to be long, but I'm excited. Hope you are too. 

The story will also take a lot of inspiration from the Archie comics because they were the bomb. R.I.P. Archie comics.

I should also mention that, even though this is a Sonic SATAM fanfiction, I ship Sonamy, so the pairing is Sonamy. Sorry to all the Sonally shippers out there, but, eh, can't please everyone. If you can look past it, though, please read and try to enjoy the story anyway.

(Tails x Cosmo)- Yes I know that Cosmo was Tails first love interests but I never really cared about Cosmo so yea and besides I like Cream with Tails more than I do them 4. With the defenders of the kingdom strained thin, the victory seems eminent. Until a deformed, metal-coated warrior steps forward to meet the threat. Sonic the Hedgehog. Follow Sonic and Shadow as the two heroes fight for true rule over the kingdom of Mobius, and claim what each truly believes to be justice. Fall into Chaos is meant to be my love-letter to the series. While this can still be enjoyed with a minimal understanding of the series, it does help to know your stuff! The story is meant to really unravel the characters of the franchise I love. Really highlight their flaws, strengths, motivations, all that. And it was fun imagining a darker tone to Sonic the Hedgehog, like seeing a meaningful struggle for Sonic *coughcoughSonicForcescough*. Lastly, trust me, I know what this is. A Sonic fan story. But, don't worry. The fan characters are non-existent...kinda. The story is actually cohesive, makes for what I truly think is a thought-provoking, genuinely fun story! With plenty of Sonic's trademark cheesiness and personality. So with all that being said, please. Enjoy Fall into Chaos.

Some incident has occurred...the world will never remain the same again. The badniks, the eggforces, the enemies that Sonic and his friends, practically everyone was fighting against from the very beginning, had suddenly took no orders from Eggman, probably because none of his machines even remembers him. With no one to command the machines, the machines all wander around and are forced to adapt to the environment and into the societies that feared and despised them. As this happens, some form of disease breaks out as these strange light cyan pollen like things starts to infest the whole Mobius, making any of the living organisms LITERALLY melt. The ones who are not affected by it are of course, the ones who can regenerate and the /machines/. A society where they are forced to work with the eggforces, or what they used to be to survive through an already melting world...like as if that's possible, right? Disclaimer: Since I am a new writer and new to the Sonic fandom still, I may write some of the characters inaccurately. I will try my best to put as much research into the characters as possible to aim for character accuracy. Due to that reason, do expect some slow updates as I want to give more care of this story as I do with the rest of mine. No ships or any sort of romance would be featured or added here due to me, myself as the writer is not comfortable writing that sort of topic.
