His face was close, and eyes dark with frustration. "I'm so sorry," he whispered urgently, "I didn't want to do this, but you've forced me to this point."
Her wide eyes locked onto his, her breath coming in short gasps as he slowly released his hold on her mouth, "Wh-what are you doing?"
His grip tightened around her wrist, pulling her a little close. His breath was warm against her cheek, and the closeness between them sent a shiver down her spine. "This... this is choking me. I can't stand it anymore."
Her mouth went dry, and she tried to pull her wrist free, but he only held on tighter, his thumb brushing over her skin in a way that sent sparks through her entire body. His intensity, the heat between them, was overwhelming.
"Reyansh, I-" She couldn't finish the sentence.
"You're driving me insane," he breathed, leaning in even closer. His forehead almost touched hers, and his fingers traced down her arm slowly, he whispered, "Talk to me, Pratiksha... please."
