She was walking back to the hotel, when suddenly a strong hand grabbed her wrist and yanked her into a nearby room. Panic surged through her, and she opened her mouth to scream, but before she could make a sound, another hand covered her mouth. She struggled to break free, until she saw who it was. Reyansh. His face was close, and eyes dark with frustration. "I'm so sorry," he whispered urgently, "I didn't want to do this, but you've forced me to this point." Her wide eyes locked onto his, her breath coming in short gasps as he slowly released his hold on her mouth, "Wh-what are you doing?" His grip tightened around her wrist, pulling her a little close. His breath was warm against her cheek, and the closeness between them sent a shiver down her spine. "This... this is choking me. I can't stand it anymore." Her mouth went dry, and she tried to pull her wrist free, but he only held on tighter, his thumb brushing over her skin in a way that sent sparks through her entire body. His intensity, the heat between them, was overwhelming. "Reyansh, I-" She couldn't finish the sentence. "You're driving me insane," he breathed, leaning in even closer. His forehead almost touched hers, and his fingers traced down her arm slowly, he whispered, "Talk to me, Pratiksha... please." ~~~ If overthinking was a sport, she would have won every time. He, on the other hand, one moment, he was the smoothest guy around. The next, he was doing something completely silly just for fun. Together, they were like a perfect mess. But a twist of destiny tore them apart. Six years later, they met again, the love that once bloomed was now buried under layers of hatred, from both sides. Could they move past the hurt, the anger and the six years that had turned them into stranger? One thing was certain that it was going to be a hell of a ride. And knowing him, it was definitely going to be dramatic too, because being simple was never his style.
