The group of boys weren't the first Gladers, no a young seven year old girl was. She's been living within the maze walls since. She has one friend that she never met, doesn't even know if he's real but that didn't matter. All she has is instinct, a friend in her head, and a hope to survive. And because Slovakia is some lost country in the middle of Europe I didn't yet get my hands on the Maze Runner books in English I only read them in Slovak and let me tell you that isn't as good...So I will be mainly basing this book on the movie, of course using some things from the books as well from time to time.
