The group of boys weren't the first Gladers, no a young seven year old girl was. She's been living within the maze walls since. She has one friend that she never met, doesn't even know if he's real but that didn't matter. All she has is instinct, a friend in her head, and a hope to survive. She is the first Glader, she is the hope of survival with a knowing of everything and anything.
In order to save herself and the boys she is dropped into a world she's been avoiding, a truth she lied to everyone even herself about. When her world is flipped upside down due to being caught once everything changes before anyone can even say her name, Ro.

Teresa is the first girl to arrive in the Glade? False. The first girl in the Glade was in fact Mia, she arrived over a year before Thomas and Teresa. The reason no one talks about her, they all think she is dead. Mia arrived in the box, same as everyone else but here's the catch, she doesn't talk. Not can't, doesn't. After a few months in the Glade Mia is sick of it, she runs off into the Maze at sundown. The Gladers assume she is dead when they don't hear from her for a week. But in reality she has been living in the maze with the Grievers, she made friends with a few of them and they protected her from the others, she runs around the maze during the night and hides during the day so that the Runners wouldn't see her. She has lived like that for almost a year now, watching over her Glader friends from afar. That is the life in the glade. No one knows why they are there or how to get out. They try to keep each other in a state of sweet ignorance. Just to keep their sanity. But the ones that were there the longest they know. They know the hard truth that would cause other gladers to lose their minds. These few chosen ones became fearless. Warning: As my bio says I am not a native English speaker, I am from Slovakia and English is just my second language. And because Slovakia is some lost country in the middle of Europe I didn't yet get my hands on the Maze Runner books in English I only read them in Slovak and let me tell you that isn't as good...So I will be mainly basing this book on the movie, of course using some things from the books as well from time to time. How I survived in an all boys glade
A17 - The Heart She's the kind one in the group, but can still have some sarcastic comments here and there. She's the Glader the others can count on, helps where she can. She is the more softer one, but can still be tough if she needs to. Y/n ends up being stuck as the only girl in a maze full of only boys, but when she gets up in the box, its not like with the other guys, who doesn't remember anything other then their name, she remembers things from before she was put there. Will she ever escape this shithole? will the boys leave her alone? will she tell the others that she remembers? Will they be stuck there for the rest of their lives?
