Astraea Lore has always detested being a Nomyth. Without any Mythic blood inside of her bones, she has had to find other ways to be extraordinary. When she receives a letter one day inviting her to the prestigious and (up until recently) all Mythic college, The University, she has no idea how to respond. Arriving at the school she finds that Mythic life is just as exciting and dangerous as she always believed it to be. As the first Nomyth to ever attend The University, Astraea is thrown into a world she once thought she knew so well and forced to face the truth: she knows absolutely nothing.

I'd Like to think I was a good person, before it all began. I didn't cheat on tests, or steal. But throughout my entire life, I was treated if I were a monster.
