Kids at school are cruel, they bully her brutally just because she's different. She simply waits for everything to get better, after all what's the point in trying when the world will do whatever they can to drag you down. Her only escape from this twisted reality is a creature named Shadow. A terrifying creature that is somehow more humane than the so-called humans around her.
