It was supposed to be a happy ending.
No more resets, that's what Frisk said. The very moment the monsters abandoned Mount Ebott with their favorite human in tow, it was going to be a good life, with prosperity and joy on the horizon. But, one night, when the monsters we've grown to love are thrown into a new world with virtually no memory of their past lives, one thing is for certain: something is very wrong.
Kris, a human who has unfortunately been saddled with the weight of a past they were never involved in, is torn between two entities that they don't quite understand. Still, there isn't much they can do as the timeline they live in seems to threaten the lives of those they're forced to obey.
Sans, the lazy skeleton, is fighting the feeling that nothing is as it seems. It's just... whenever he sees Kris' face, something feels off, almost like a dream that he can't quite place.
All of it feels so familiar, yet so alien.
Whatever is going on, one thing is for certain: our heroes are not going to stop until they retrieve their happy ending.

This society would gradually be challenged by the Solar Warriors, a rebellion that directly opposed his rule, sparked by tensions risen by the difference between SANS's mundane autocracy and his father GASTER II's militaristic dictatorship. {NOTICE: Please be mindful that this take contains visceral descriptions of violence & gore, domestic violence, and child abuse.} However, all of this would skyrocket thanks to the sudden introduction of one human child named Chara to the monster society. An outlier amidst the many fallen humans, she was allowed to live her fullest life in spite of SANS's various promises to his people to shatter the barrier which held the entire species in submission, a grand conspiracy. This would all culminate in one human's intrusion into the world of monsterkind known only by their stage name Shifty. Chara must now overcome her own deep-rooted demons and evade the ruthless Solar Warriors in order to become the western hero she always imagined herself as, protecting both her loved ones and the broader monster kingdom from the tyranny that METTA has rebirthed to bestow. There are some things you just can't take back. No matter how many times you reset. After breaking free of Chara's grip, Frisk decides to do one final reset before defeating Sans or proceeding to the throne room. But some memories last longer than others, and broken trust isn't easy to repair. Female, aged-up Frisk. Starts out canon and then diverges. Eventual Sans x Frisk. Undertale was created by Toby Fox. Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really? The memories are still there. *I have lost interest to complete pre story and post story parts. Having to live on the complete opposite side with poverty, she learns she has to hide, and everyone isn't what they seem. Not even her. There's a demon in the lab. Somewhere, you're sure of it, the scientist whom you have learned to hate is keeping a secret, another human besides yourself locked away. You don't know why or how they're connected to you, only that their name is Kris and they might be the answer to everything. There's something wrong with the timeline. Sam is a neutral name so it should be fine. - NOTE: All lines with this symbol " * " is going to be in Wing Ding font in the final release of the book.
