In this alternate universe, your heart rate appears in a red line on your forearm when you turn 18. Your line is directly synced to one other person. The lines appear at the exact same moment and you have similar thoughts and dreams. This person is your soul mate. They feel what you feel, if your heart rate goes up, then so does theirs. If you have a heart attack, so do they. If your heart stops, so does theirs. The day your line shows up you will meet your soulmate somewhere and if you don't find them right away, you will always be drawn back to them somehow.
