When Noah Hyland moves to a new high school, everything seems normal. That is, until he meets Maya McNeal, a girl who he can't stop thinking about, and who's moods and emotions seem to be in sync with the weather. Maya has been ignored by her classmates, forgotten by her friends, and betrayed by the boy she loved, and on top of all that she has a major anxiety disorder. Oh, and she she has supernatural rain powers that control the storms in her hometown and could destroy everything, and everyone if she's not careful. But when Maya finally notices Noah, and he tries to get past the walls she's tried so hard to build, they both learn that the strength they both need, may just be each other.
