featherless flight

Bird, a girl who named herself after her unusual ability of flight. All she knows about her past is that her family and every other "featherless" ,as their type are called, was murdered by the farmers in a battle that she can barely remember. But she does remember, and she continually seeks revenge, and a way to heal the great tree that they cut down, the tree that grew a child, it grew someone special, each one was different and each one was great, but what did it matter, now that the tree had been destroyed. She was the only one left, or was she?
