Set in the 1940s, This was supposed to be a short story for language arts class, but my teacher and i quickly realized that A. i can't write in a classroom where creativity is stifled and B. this was not going to be a story. and it was on it's way to being a book, a chapter book. I know that historical fiction is usually boring, but mine is fiction with a little bit of history.
i hope you like it! I struggled with the title, so any suggestions are welcome.

A Guardian
"The world around her swam with mottled light. How long had she been fighting?" So...in sixth grade we took this computer-skills class. Our final test was to write a short story in Microsoft Word. My story ended up fleshing out into the trilogy I am working on and planning to publish at somepoint in my life, but I realized how incredible my writing skill has improved between just the two or three years. Creative Writing: Stories & Poems
Okay, so for my senior year, I took a creative writing class as an elective. Mostly because I didn't have a sixth or seventh period and I wanted to give it a try. Not only did it have Creative Writing with making different stories, for the second half of the school year the class goes into making poems and crap like that. Making a book on Wattpad about this was my idea alone because I want to share what I came up with. This will include what I wrote down according to the writing prompt given, along with the poems that I made. This book will not last long as this is just to show off what I came up with in that one class, but still, stories are meant to be shared plus its a different kind of creativity.
