Despite Tony Stark shutting down weapon section, some weapon managed to came in possession of hydra and it destroyed countless lives, changing it for worse. 

Blaire Isabel Stan was merely 11 year old with big dreams, wanting to be female Tony Stark. She was way ahead in matter of education. But it all came to a halt when her family home was hit by one of the stark's weapon, killing her parents instantly.

Being kidnapped and being tested and experimented on, Blaire is stubborn and hot headed and rather distrustful of hydra.
