And then his eyes locked onto mine. I quickly looked down and sucked in my breath. I looked back up hoping he hadn't seen my red eyes but it was too late, he was already making his way towards me. I turned my face back down and wished for him to walk by but then I heard his throat clear. "Are you okay?" He asked me. I looked back up into his eyes not replying. I wasn't trying to be rude though, I just didn't know how to reply...
