The Heroes that come at night (Short Story)

Lost.Cold.Alone.

In the dark barren streets of a town that's fast asleep , a young boy named Eli wanders astray searching for the voice that wails out his name. He doesn't know what caused him to leave his sanctuary, his home. But it's too late once he realises his mistake and he wants to go back. But he cannot do it alone.

Help arrives in the form of three heroes who venture into the night guiding those who are lost. But will they be able to take him back home before the night captures them all and consumes them into the darkness?
