Ever since grade 3, Ruby and Magnus were best friends. They always played together, and talked, and worked together. And they even lived across the street from each other, so they walked to school together. All the way until grade 11 they were still best friends.
Until someone came. Julia is the newest girl to Easthaven High School. And Magnus seems to have fallen for her.
Not only has that happened in the year of 2018, but someone close has been murdered.
While Ruby is struggling to hide her feelings for Magnus, she is also called on as a suspect.
But Ruby doesn't let that stop her from finding out more, she and Magnus always told each other everything. But when she realizes that he seems to be hiding some things, she tries to find out more.
It's a mixed genre book, it includes romance, supernatural, werewolves and vampires, dystopia, drama, and mystery. Hope you enjoy this book :)

This was my first ever story so it needs some help lol Just a few of my favorite comments: Loved it? It turned into my life!!! Ellie's stab made me feel pain in my chest as well. You weren't kidding when you said the story wasn't that predictable. Honestly, whenever a new twist came, I'd say it was familiar(because the sudden situation Ellie would find herself into is) but it still caught me very much off guard nonetheless. You had a knack for making me invested in one paragraph therefore surprising me in the next. I loved that. the thrill, the suspense, the shock and pain. And because you made it first person pov, the reader could relate or maybe even see themselves in Ellie's life. I am looking forward for the sequel.
