As the bus toppled over. Keith can't help but worry for the people on the buses safety. He helps everyone out but one young man is nocked out jumps in the bus and rescues him. He goes in the ambulance with him, as he looks at the unconscious man he starts to get feelings that Keith had only felt once before. Love? No it can't be Keith doesn't know him. As he is thanked by this mans parents and siblings he learns about this boy and that he's know him from years ago.
