Odessa Rose has been mute ever since she was twelve. Not even her family, after years of hopeless therapy, knows why or what happened to their daughter to make her stay silent forever.
Odessa is now twenty-one and still mute, traveling with her friends across the country for vacation; all with the expectations of having the times of their lives.
Until they get lost in the complete solitudes of the deep woods. Hell breaks loose when Odessa's friends disappear and she's left stranded by herself with no supplies, no shelter, no directions, and no voice.
