There are three rules for this bet.
1. must be married
2. must be living together
3. must be in love within half a year
Why Seamus said yes to it he doesn't know but he sure as hell will win this round.
Or
Parvati and Seamus have this competition where they give each other dares, every time one of them successfully completes a mission the other has the put money in the jar. This will be won by one of them if the other can't do the dare.
Would those rules be as easy as they sounded, or will there be a lot of trouble on the way?

Third time's the charm, isn't that how the phrase goes? Or, rather, is it three strikes, you're out? For Dipper Gleeful, it tends to fall onto the latter. The boy could get anyone he should desire, given his net-worth, his angelic genetics (thanks Mr. and Mrs. Gleeful), as well as his connections. And, being devilishly clever doesn't hurt. However, apparently fairytales are dead wrong and finding true love is more difficult than it's cracked up to be. Even when you are the closest thing America is going to get to an actual prince.
