Azra Copilan is an honors student at Ouran Academy. You would think she is just another girl in the crowd, but she's actually quite different. She struggles with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) and depression, which usually leads her to take part in life threatening things. She then is dragged into the host club and suddenly becomes a hostess. Will the hosts be able to save Azra from her battle against herself?
