Now, twenty-three years after Olivia and Neo's deaths, the truth behind the U.T.O.P.I.A. system has reached far and wide to four other Areas of World Population. Having grown up in constant war against the World Government, Ricky now has been made the new leader of The Uprising under Dae Hee's request. Forced to embark on a journey with Min Jae and Min Seo by his side along with Michael and Elly's wisdom, he needs to finish what has been started. With the government refusing to fall, Ricky will need to gather the remains of his courage to lead his people to the other side of this war.
