Tom Stritch is in his final year of High School and dreams of receiving a scholarship to escape his small town life. However, as his best friend Madison explains, dreams never come true for people like them.

From the moment this story begins, you will be dragged down to the level of those who seek to excuse their misery as a by-product of a system built to make them fail. Tom must navigate fake news, an abusive father, an alcoholic mother and rely upon a friend whose own life is as torn as his own to achieve his goal. In the end, he may end up sacrificing everything to win.

This is a story about America's youth trying to find its way in a country in its decline. Inspired by all the negativity and bigotry often anonymously blasted across the Internet, it speaks to a new surge in an ages old excuse for failure: My life is somebody else's fault.

Understand that this is a book for MATURE READERS. Much in this book is offensive and it is meant to be in order to tell the characters' stories.

They met for the right reasons but at the wrong time. She was just about to graduate from college, and he was already a successful CEO/Businessman who is ten years her senior. A city love like no other. Enter the world of Alecx and Tristan, brought together by fate, only to be separated by unexpected circumstances. Will there be a second chance for them when they meet again 9 years later? A story about chasing dreams, friendship and love.... "A love story that will make you swoon. Definitely a fun, entertaining and feel-good read. " - A Reader's Comment Excerpts: 1) I saw her hug one of the guys in that department and kissed him on the cheek. I don't really deal a lot with our employees. I am mostly either inside my office or in the boardroom conducting meetings, so I do not even know who this guy she is smitten with. Just seeing her do that caused a twinge of jealousy inside me. I barely know this girl and yet, she is making me feel something I have not felt before. 2) I gave him a dagger look and tried to get away from his hold, but he did not let me. Instead, he put both his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him. Our faces are just inches away from each other. He was looking at me intently. My heart is beating so fast. I feel like I am going to melt from his gaze. "I am just messing with you. I am sorry. Forget about what I said. Just dance with me. For old time's sake." He smiled at me. I continued to look him straight in the eyes. "Why did I ever leave this amazing man in front of me?" I asked myself regretfully. I set aside all my inhibitions and placed both my arms around his neck. Even just for tonight, I will enjoy this moment. I rested my head on his shoulder and nuzzled my face on his neck. I hope we can stay like this forever.

Book 2 of the Wolfe Series ||WARNING|| There will be mature content in this book. ~~~ "Hey, I don't think you can smoke in here." I tell the mysterious man. He looks at me dead in the eyes and takes another puff of his joint before speaking. "I don't recall needing your permission." Well someone's in a crabby mood. "No need to be mean." I cross my arms and snap out my hip. My long curls falling down my shoulders. "No need to be in my business." I roll my eyes and he smirks at me like he finds this amusing. Get a load of this guy. ~~~ Amelia Daisy Parker "Lia", had just recently moved to New York, after her parents passing, to finish college. Alec's hand gripped my wrist hard, "You're coming with me back to my pack." He stated. "No, I'm not." I pushed myself to say this. His nails were now digging into my skin. "Ouch! You're hurting me. Let me go!" I struggled to get my hands free. The man gave me an apologetic look, "Alpha, you're hurting her." Alec retracted his hands while I rubbed my mine. "Okay, let me make this clear," The sadistic smirk showed off his white teeth, "You either come with me or I'll declare war and slaughter your pack. You know I will and can." My jaw dropped at his demands. "Are you serious?" This is absurd. "Do I look like I'm joking." I could tell he wasn't, he meant every word. "I can't leave my family," I stated. "You will. Or else you'll have none. If you don't come, I'll torture your family. Even down to the youngest one." My mind wandered off to my goofy little brother, and he had crossed a line. ~ Leah Indica was always a nice, sweet, innocent girl. She always helped anyone who needed help, it was her passion. #315 Non-Fiction-9/27/17 "The loneliest people can be the kindest. The saddest people sometimes smile the brightest. The most damaged people are filled with wisdom. All because they do not wish the pain they've endured on another soul." - Timothy Delvecc Every person has a story. Usually when we look at someone we don't know, we tend not to think about what they could possibly be going through and all the thoughts running through their mind. Our brains tend to make judgments based upon what we see; and everyone knows that's not always a good thing. This is a story-a true story-of how judgment became my worst enemy. Mind you, this is not a happy tale. This is a story of a girl in search for happiness. A girl who has yet to discover herself while journeying down an unpleasant road filled with lies and torturous schemes. Don't let the title of this book deceive you and the picture of the smiling, innocent young woman lead you to believe this will be a book about sunshines and rainbows. What you do not see is the immense pain and anger that hides behind the slight grin. The scars from countless fights that are covered by the thin layer of clothes that nobody will ever see. So think again when you look at this book-because on the inside you'll find the story of the little girl on the cover is not what you'd expect.
