I was conscripted after my cousin Shirrani and other were taken hostage by the arls son. I was taken to but my bethrol and Soris my cousin stormed the castle stealthy freeing me the grasp of Vaughans men, who were enjoy torturing me. We quickly killed the Arls son and fleed. This is when he conscripted me. Was it mercy I thought. Would a hangman noose save my people. We shall find out. For now we had to Ostagar.

We'd been waiting for the Sun Summoner our whole lives. We were told stories about that person that would destroy the swathe of blackness known as the Shadow Fold, the place called the Unsea, the place that divided all of Ravka.
