Ever since the death of her little brother one year ago Alison Tyne has been...unstable. But that’s not why half the city’s doctors would want to open her up and the other half would kill her if they knew. It’s because she is special. It's because she can connect telepathically with technology. When Alison is unwillingly ‘escorted’ to a meeting with a group of rebels she finds out the truth about her brothers death and the mysterious disease that killed him. She will do anything to get her revenge and it doesn't hurt that a little money is thrown in as well. How will Alison navigate her way through a city enveloped with corruption and crime? How will she cope with the unimaginable tasks ahead of her and how will she deal with a very unexpected boy in the process? You’ll have to find out.

Cassidy Wilson is an Immune. No, she is more than that - she is a Verde. A gene sequence common in those with green eyes keeps her safe from the Pulse, a virus released in the US at the turn of the century - the next century, that is. Cassidy's special advantage, paired with her wit and physical abilities, have brought her into the world of the Verdes - the special police force of Quarantine, keeping in check the crime that comes when everyone's days are numbered. As Cassidy trains to lay down her life in order for the people of her continent to die in peace, she uncovers the past of the Pulse, and through it, her own past. But can she handle it? AN: This is a product of NaNoWriMor (National Novel Writing Month) so it's not going to be perfect, and it is completely unedited. There might be some parts that I change in previous chapters as I decide that I need more details to support an event that happens in a later chapter. There might be parts that seem a bit wordy - that's probably me just trying to reach my word count goal (is that cheating?). There might be parts that just seem plain unnecessary - that's me writing a scene, and then not wanting to delete something I spent so much effort on. There might be parts that seem emotionless, or not very well written - that's me powering through writers block. There might be scenes that take the story nowhere - that's because I'm a 'pantser' as NaNoWriMo has so kindly tagged me. I don't plan anything out, except for a very rough plot line. That being said - ALL HATE WELCOME!

Terraria: Another Day Under the Glass

1 part Complete

'Death never stops surprising you.' A sentiment Aria knows all too well. Her world on its surface is perfect. A completely enclosed ecosystem protected from the nuclear winter of the Outside World. No sickness, no famine, nothing to worry about. Nothing that is except for Spectre, the computer system that determines who lives and dies annually based on their importance to society. Somehow everyone around her seems to cope, but seeing as how Spectre has taken every member of her family, Aria struggles to fall in line with the status quo. Whether it's pressure from the powers that be, her first potential love, or full on revolution, Aria seems to be pulled in every direction, each one with drastic consequences, and no clue which way to go.
