In a world where the animal kingdom rules, Avalanche, a young Great Grey Owl, must fight for her own life when her parents die tragically (after all, we must orphan the main characters) in a fire. She becomes used to living alone, when all of a sudden, she figures out that she is unlike any animal she's ever met. This was too much, way too much. In half a day, my life had been turned upside down. Just as I was about to fall, the raven transformed into a boy and caught me. The bird had just turned into a boy. What the heck? What was an Avian doing on Lupine territory? * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * ~ * After much debate, I decided to discontinue this second book and series. I love the world and I built and the characters with all my heart but the writing is incredibly outdated and the plot progression is all over the place. I may reuse these characters in the future, but this series has come to an end.
