The Final Days Saga, which takes place 5 years after the end of the Samurai Jack Saga, follows the end of the Toon Wars where after much heated conflict ending over the course of time, the Toon Force decide to finally part ways to their respective home worlds. But over the span of 2 weeks, a powerful reality-bending entity mysteriously appears to corrupt and wipe out everyone's dimensions. With so little resources and places to go, it is up to the desolate Toon Force to return and put a permanent end to the Toon Wars once and for all; all while uncovering the truth behind the war and the many secrets of their very existence.
