"Help me!" Echoing through the thick, foggy timber, Rachel screams. "Somebody, please, HELP!" Running, panting, she takes one limb after another to the face, as she sprints through the woods. Running at least two miles already, she continues, hoping to find the tree line behind the high school. The lights of the football field becoming brighter, she knows she's almost to safety. "Help me!" Another ten yards, and someone is bound to see her, help her, hold her. Never should a seventeen year old girl, have experienced the horror that she did. Waiving her arms, screaming one more time, "Help m-". A piercing feeling goes through her chest. Looking down, she sees the bloody tip of an arrow sticking out of her stomach. She looks down in disbelief, her hands covered in blood, she falls to her knees. "This is it" she thought as a tear falls slowly down her cheek, "I'm sorry" she whispers, with her parents in mind. The lights, growing dim, the crowd becomes faint. As she looks up, she sees them, the eyes. The eyes, that showed no mercy, no remorse, no soul. The masked figure crouches over her, "hush now, Beautiful" it says calmly, "we'll be home soon."

You're going to kill me if I go with you." "This all can be erased," I insisted. The wailing of sirens tells me I need to convince her quickly. Jamie pauses, thinking hard. "Fine," she says. "Let's go then." I say no more as I run. She picks up my pace and follows me as I lead her away from her first murders and into her new life. I think it's one she'll fit well into.Complete

(Part of Katrina's POV) "Well well well. If it isn't Miss Katrina and her boyfriend Nathan MC Scrub," The voice says. I realize who it is. "Shut up, Hunter," Nathan growles. I look at Hunter. He hadn't changed a bit. But behind Hunter, I see Karina. I see her mouthing, 'I'm so sorry... I tried to... ' and I mouth back, 'it'll be alright...' "Nathan, this was long overdue!" Hunter shouts at Nathan. For a second, I dont understand what he's talking about. But then I realize once Karina hands Hunter a spear shamefully and Hunter aims it at Nathan, but right before he throws it, he looks at Karina. "Would you like to do the honors, My lady?" I see all the blood drain out of Karina's face. I can tell that she doesn't want to. Time stops. Karina stays still, motionless, spear in her hand. "Oh, forget it!" Hunter grabs the spear back out of Karina's hands, and when he throws the spear, and I think it's all over. But before the spear reaches Nathan, He takes one of my arrows and throws it at Hunter. They both collapse to the ground. Nathan is lying in a pool of blood, a spear struck through his heart, and Hunter is also gone, an arrow through his neck. It was all over. ~Karina's POV~ I want to cry. But I can't. I was told never to cry. It made no difference. But I wanted to. I tried but nothing came out. I looked at the remains of the two brothers. It made me so angry. I took the arrow out of Hunter's neck. I stabbed his heart over, and over again. Every stab felt like it was saying, your fault, all your fault.Complete

She kneeled beside a tree picking clovers from the ground, out of sight of everyone. No one even even glanced in their direction. In only a second he was beside her. She didn't know what was happening until it was too late. He knew it was what he had to do. Yoonji heard a car approaching their way. Her body moved itself closer to the dark alley and the mysterious figure in order to protect herself along with her stuff from any dirty rain water that may be splashed onto her. The car passed by behind her, but the headlights provided her even vision for Yoonji to fully see the gruesome scene that was happening literally a few meters away from her spot. In a couple of brief seconds Yoonji's mind registered 4 major things; 1) The guy was wearing a bunny mask and the two vertical things that she saw earlier pointing away from his head were actually the mask's ears. 2) The horizontal shape that the bunny masked guy was messing with was actually a girl around her age wearing the same uniform as her. 3) The girl's mouth and eyes were wide open in an unnatural way. Her eyes also looked like they couldn't see anything. 4) The Bunny mask was holding a now drippy bloody knife in one hand and a human arm in the other. "Who's out there?" One of the men yelled. Of course only silence met them. I remained quiet and waited for the group to start moving again. "Maybe it was just an animal." Someone whispered. The person, who I assumed was the captain of the small squad, signaled for them to walk again. They clearly showed fear as they kept going; brandishing their weapons to guard themselves with. "Two are holding lanterns. I'll tell you when you're too close to them." I heard my friend whisper in my ear. I followed the men as I picked up another branch and waited for the right time to break it. They continued to walk through the forest, turning their heads in every direction as if an animal might lunge at them and rip their throats out. I guess in a way I was going to do that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive.
