Models Fitness Secrets

My last few interviews of 2018 have left me feeling both hungry and lazy. Yet, I'm determined to uncover all the model health and fitness secrets possible. Karlie Kloss's diligent workouts, waking up at 4 AM to do yoga before 7 AM flight. Gisele Bündchen's strict vegan diet. It seems discipline is what they all have in common.
We'll see what my next overachiever subject has to say about her fitness routine.

Celesta Hodge 27, is known for her exquisitely proportioned physique. Gracing the pages of innumerable fashion magazines, swim and lingerie shoots.

As I pass through the gates to Celesta's giant Beverly Hills compound I'm greeted by the smell of jasmine. It feels like I'm entering another world tucked away in the middle of the city.

Celesta greets me at the gate in a flowing to Dior dress and house slippers.
Sarah Andrews. "It feels like I'm entering another world." I gush.

CH. "Well that's the idea." She says with a warm smile and a hug.

SA. "Who's your landscaper? The flowers are superb."

CH. "I am, I chose everything. My mother has a crazy green thumb and it kinda rubbed off. This is what keeps me grounded. I've always felt best in nature. I think that's why I love LA so much, having city and nature at the same time."

She leads me up a stone path to an outdoor bar area overlooking Beverly Hills.

CH. "Would you like some ice Yurba Mate tea?"

SA." Yurba what. Is that a weightless tea?"
