Before deploying with the 101st Airborne Division, Sarah Hayward has one last stop at home. Almost 8 years ago she met her husband at Delaware Valley College and they had a blast with family, friends and well timed poop jokes. Everyone is desperate to catchup for better or worse! With a few ideas on what to expect Sarah and her husband Mike reminisce while driving, kids bickering in the background and a plucky chocolate lab raiding an open cooler... A day before leaving for Pennsylvania Sarah gets an e-mail from her boss. As a nurse she spends much of her time focused on readiness, medic training, and clinical operations. She gets notified that while in Afghanistan one of her additional jobs will be attached to an elite Special Forces ODA team. Sarah immediately decides to withhold this new information from Mike, one of many secrets she has been playing close to the chest over the past year or more.All Rights Reserved
