Commander TarTar has been defeated, yet some of the remains of the sanitizing ink were found by a brilliant Octarian scientist and they wanted to cheat death by creating an ink that was similar to the sanitation ink but with a different twist. It is known as the "Primal Ink." However, things did not go according to plan as the ink was then accidentally released into the world. Now our favorite idols, Off The Hook, along with a mysterious octoling who claims to know what's happening, the Squid Sisters and the agents must find a way to stop the invasion and save the world.
