Few remember the name of the woman recorded in the histories only as "Fingon's Wife." None will confirm the rumor that she came from another world. But she had a part to play in the First Age...

The Unlight covered Valinor in total darkness. Even when the Unlight passed, the elves had only the stars to guide them. Fëanáro intends to use his title as King to exact revenge on the fallen Vala, Morgoth, who has murdered his father and stolen the precious Silmarils, the only remaining source of hallowed light. Eve and her husband Findekáno travel together back to the other lands. But what will they find there?
