Maya was not always a part of the Winchester family. She was once the type of girl who was afraid of horror movies, although she never imagined monsters being real. That all changed when the Winchester brothers saved her from the attack which killed her mother. Maya becomes a resident of the Men of Letters' bunker and during her stay she gets to know Sam, Dean, and Cas while keeping them out of trouble the best she can. She thinks of Dean as a savior and finds herself second guessing her feelings about him. Is she like a sister to him, or is there something more? Introduction/Prologue I was not always involved with supernatural occurrences. I grew up as the type of girl who got scared watching Goosebumps on a Friday night. Halloween was my least favorite holiday. I never would have imagined that there are actually things out there scarier than the neighborhood boys jumping out from behind bushes with masks on during Halloween night. All of that changed the night that the Winchester brothers saved me. I have lived with them ever since. Sleeping in the Men of Letters' old bunker with two strong and handsome men would probably be frowned upon by my mother if she were still alive. Knowing that they are just across the hallway from me in their separate rooms makes me feel safe. No amount of flashbacks could ever terrify me as long as Dean lives. Castiel is a literal angel of the Lord, but he can not compare to the guardian angel that Dean is to me.All Rights Reserved
