She was forced to do things she didn't want to do. Evanna had seen Death, life, and even the end. She saw people lose hope and gain it. She saw a country form into something we see today. The year is now 2026. Mutants are no longer around as they used to be. Evanna lives with the last few Mutants. A man named Charles Xavier had saved her a few years back and she has been with him ever since. She was apart of the School. She taught different languages to the children back before everything went to shit. But she can't blame Charles. He was trying his best. Logan, Charles, Caliban and her have been hiding. "Yes Professor." Bobby said as he walked away. I smiled as I shook my head and walked to my class. "Mom!" A voice yelled. I smiled as I turned to see my five year old daughter run up to me. "Hello Sweetheart, what are you up to?" I asked as I picked her up. "Running from papa." She said with a giggle. I smiled as I saw my husband of twenty years walking towards us.Complete

My mother wasn't a mutant she wasn't born with the gift of evolution but she knew Charles Xavier from the past they shared. He ignored me at my mothers bequest due since mutants were a secret the majority of the world knew nothing about, she didn't want me in the institution. A week after my 9th birthday one night, I woke up to the smell of burning wood and furniture, I looked for my mother but saw a horror ill never forget a swirl of shadow had her in its hand. She was bleeding from her mouth and nose, when I went to help the shadow smacked me into the wall. My mom screamed in pain as I watched her turn into orange dust. The shadow spoke to me "Happiness is a lie. Life is horror. The light is always dying, all across the universe. The last star will flicker out someday. When it does, all that remains... shadow. And I will be its king, You have Xavier to thanks for this... " As it got closer I raised my hand and screamed a burning pain emanated from my hand and a bright light submerged the house... destroying 12 square blocks where were Xavier's X-men no where.
When Scott Met Annie
Scott Summers hates who he's become. He's made so many mistakes, and he doesn't think he can be forgiven for many of them. But the one thing he thinks he can do right, the one good decision he can make for himself, is to stop the cycle of bad decisions, get out from under the weight of the hole he's dug for himself, and leave. Only... he's never left anything or anyone before. Sure, others have left him, but Scott? Leaving? He doesn't even know where to start. As Scott makes his way toward Alaska, wandering through Canada on the way there, he confronts not only his inner demons put some pretty darn real ones as well. But he'll also meet the Hale family, a group of displaced Southern belles and their family who welcome Scott into their homes and treat him just like they would anyone else. It's an actual, honest-to-Galactus chance to start over, and Scott's going to take it. This fic is part of the 714 Universe and should be read before Volume 3 ("Kree, Shi'ar, and Skrulls, Oh My!") because that volume is when we bring Scott and Annie into the picture.
