Also just an overall abomination to writing history. It is horrid. I shit you not.
After a somewhat normal meet and greet, Y//n goes home. Not expecting the person they went there to see to slip their number in their pocket. After getting home they see said number, calling it after some hesitation. Only to take a leap of faith and met them. after a few days of meeting them, a little surprise comes and ruins any chance of a normal friendship.
"'Your laugh is cute, you should laugh more.' I tell him, with a bright smile. 'You should smile more. It's adorable.' I blush red, I feel like the first time I came here... happy."

When it wasn't his home life giving him anxiety, it was life in general. He grew up in an abusive, unstable household and had learned to walk on eggshells around everyone he met. This was why he only had one friend, Patton, who he could really confide in. Virgil was as angry as he was anxious about life, and both sides of him could get extreme. Unhealthily extreme. Roman had a complicated mind, and his thoughts were much louder than normal. If there were one word to sum him up, it'd be 'confused.' Though he keeps a smile on at all times, his mind constantly interferes with his attempts at simply being happy. Because he had nothing to compare his brain with, he couldn't determine if something was wrong with him or if it was completely normal. 'Looking for quiet roommate.' 'Located in quiet area.' 'Apartment has previously received noise complaints.' Virgil groaned and tossed his phone onto his bed, burying his face in his hands. He just needed an apartment that would be okay with his job. Trying to keep to his price range and find what he needed was proving to be so much harder than he thought it would. This would be his first time moving somewhere that he didn't know the owners of the place beforehand. "Welcome to YouTube life, idiot." Virgil grumbled to himself. He picked up his phone again, going to close out of the app he was using, but suddenly a line on one that he hadn't looked at caught his eye. 'Must be willing to allow for eccentric work ethics and schedules, as owner of the apartment works independently online.' Virgil tapped on the listing and began to read. 'Four bedroom apartment, looking for up to three roommates. Apartments beneath and above are both empty at the moment, noise is not a problem so long as residents are courteous. Preferred that applicants are male.' Virgil stared at the listing. This was so... so perfect. He closed the app and tapped his messenger app. 'Hey Pat, I think I found something.' Disclaimer: I just reread A Lesson in Practicality by @residentanchor, so there might be some things ever so slightly similar to that, but if there are I am not doing it on purpose and I apologize. When Logan finds Patton in the middle of an attack one day, what will happen? Honestly I am making this because I want to show it's okay to have weaknesses because it can help you and others around you find their strengths. And I did this with traits that aren't real and are actually fake fragments of a single person. Welp. The anxious side had a major mishap with the creative one during one of Thomas' videos. That happened again the next day, and the day after, and again.
