When sweet little seventeen year old Bailey Jane Thomas doesn't come back for dinner; her mother immediately knows something is off.

Her daughter is naive and bad with directions. Bailey trusts too easily and becomes attached too quickly and it gives the family all the more reason to worry.

They think she is in danger; but really she is in the arms of her hero. Safe and sound; for the most part.

What Bailey and her hero don't know is that their old friends, brought back together by a strong bond and a magical pull.

Her hero must return her back to her family but discovers he needs her by his side. 

He's got a story that she plays a big part in and she just needs to learn his secrets.
