New Delhi, 16.11.18- A common man always dreams of having his own abode which remains fully protected and offers him the best comfort. Homes are available for people in metro cities but at prices that cannot be afforded. The same goes for Delhi where there is scarcity of sufficient living space and if there is space available, you can get it at an increased rate or a rate that the common people can never afford. Looking into this problem of the common individuals, the Delhi Housing Society in close coordination with the IT Engineers Welfare Society has aimed towards building affordably-priced residential undertakings on the lines of the Land Pooling Policy and the Master Plan Delhi 2022.

With efforts being made on the part of IT Engineers Welfare Society and the Delhi Housing Society, very soon, people in Delhi would be able to have homes that provide them shelter and security. The LPP and MPD 2022 are plans that have been initiated by the Government of Delhi only to serve the objective of meeting the housing requirements of the middle class and the lower middle class individuals in the national capital. 

It is important to note further that there are many other development companies that have also merged with each other for offering affordable housing solutions to the people of Delhi. Thus, it is now possible for common people to accumulate their savings and have it sufficiently used for arranging a shelter in the smart city of Delhi. The Land Pooling Policy has been recently announced but it has had a major influence on the development and the growth potential of different parts of the national capital. It has paved the way to a better living future for the people of Delhi.
