Raphael saves a little baby girl from a burned building as he also witnessing the baby's parents died in front of a fire in the apartment the baby and parents were living in.
Whoever killed her parents wanted the baby to kill as well so as Raphael rescued her from the fire and the people that killed her parents as he brought her to his home for one since he felt it would not be safe yet tonight so then he would send the baby to a adoption.
But the first night of the baby staying at their lair Raphael and Splinter changes their minds as they decide to have the baby grows up with the turtles.
