Over the Wall: A Collection of Short Stories (NaNoWriMo 2014) by emmernemmer

This year for NaNoWriMo, I am writing a short story anthology. It will feature thirty or so short stories (my hope is to write one per day to fulfill my 1,667 per day word requirement) about varying things. Each morning, I will randomly select a number between one and thirty and I will look at the corresponding list of first lines I will have. I will take that line and write a short story using it and then the next day I will do the process over again (some stories might relate to each other, some might not). Anyway I will edit the story for that day and post it here. It may not be posted exactly on the corresponding day, but in the end there will be thirty short stories. P.S. Although these are somewhat edited they are still rough drafts so please treat them as such.

Both of them will be complete stories in their own right, but reading them together might give a little more depth. I will be writing these for NaNoWriMo 2021, which means that I will attempt to post at least one chapter of one of the stories every day in November; and if I can write faster than that, then any remaining chapters will be available to all my Patreon supporters (including the $1 tier) for this month.
