This story is about a young girl who lives in 4098 where the government takes control of their civilians thoughts. Through a natural disaster she has lost everything and now belongs to a ruffian gang called "The Survivors"  Rose eventually meet a pair of twins named Cleo and Simon these two help her along on her journey as she plans her enemy's defeat. this story is filled with loss, love, and hardship. Despite everything I hope you enjoy and love Rose as much as I do!
