Aiden Jackson or AJ was forced to grow up over night when her family was slaughtered in the shadows of night in an place where no one could here their screams.
Her entire world had ended one scream at time and the remains of the kingdom they'd built was a pitiful excuse of a brother who was so far gone he barely existed anymore.
After years of barely scraping by on a minimum wage of singing a tragic death pushes AJ's life into spin her outlook in everything does an 180 as everything starts to fall in place when she meets the top hero, a selfless boy and a dude who could put Hades to shame with how much he scowled.

Leonard Millington, has been top hero for over a year now but being a hero was never something that had ever crossed Leo's mind until his parents had been the victims of first degree murder. Throwing his life into spin he made it his goal to protect others from the pain he had endured, quickly rising to top hero he fatefully meets a hero despising girl, a literal ray of sunshine and a brooding and moody boy. He's not sure about anything but the fact that AJ and his parents death had something to do with each other and they intended to find out how.
