The story takes place in a fictional town near Busan/South Korea, named Meongnam, where two detectives, Park and Choi, are facing a serial rapist and murderer. Park's daughter Na Yeon's friendship with Minho, a son of an already convicted serial rapist and murderer, suddenly makes him uncomfortable as a series of strange coincidences start occurring during the case investigation.
One by one, young women are being taken and killed and questions just keep arising. Who is he? How do they catch him? And why does everything keep pointing around at people Na-Yeon trusts the most?
