{PG-13 for gore, cursing} When we hear the words 'zombie', most think of guns with heavy fire-power that have been conveniently left behind, all yours for the taking -- to get the job done. Getting from point A to point B with a small group of your friends while raising all Hell just to get to the end-goal. But this isn't a video game. There is no safe-zone. Your goal out here is to survive, and keep those you have left alive until you're old. You don't get breaks. You don't get lucky. Zombies aren't the only common enemy you need to look out for. Anything as loud as a few rounds going off could attract something... less than ideal. Zombies have been roaming the land for quite some time. Cities crumbling, over-run with crowds of dead-heads, towns vast and destroyed, what's left besides dead men walking and a gang of psychopaths who take what they want, no questions asked? What happens when civilization falls and only you can protect yourself from both zombies and mad-men? Don't shoot.

A nuclear strike is imminent in 90 minutes, your partner is miles away at work, the kids are across town in school and none of the cell networks are up. Do you have a plan? Meet the Tams, an ordinary American family as they confront a scenario that we are shockingly on the brink of today -complete isolation. They must find their way back to each other and decide what to do next without any information to go on except America is under attack. Yet there are no tanks, planes, or cars to be seen. There are no soldiers on the ground or places to get reliable information. Everyone is acting on instincts, some are leaving out of fear while others still don't believe a war is taking place at all. After the destruction and mayhem, the government arrives with promises of normalcy that clash with rumors of dwindling supplies. Fred's decision to leave with his family leads them on a perilous journey toward Arrow Hall-a sanctuary in the mountains. There, they uncover the truth behind the apocalypse and find unexpected allies.
