It tells the story of Hanazumi Rosie, a small 13 year old girl who recently moved to town and on her first day befriended two other new students of St. Fleur Academy for Girls, Fujiwara Eddie and Willow Taylor. After a small perfume fairy named Petit Fleur, they are gifted with the power of Pretty Cure, legendary warriors with the power of the Floral Perfumes, sacred treasures of Charlotte Island, nature world where all perfumes come from. But...they can't without the help of Cure Vanilla and Cure Cardamom, but..what if they don't want to help them? And, whoa re they anyway?
