HOW IT ALL STARTED
Hundreds of years ago, way before civilizations came to being, monsters ruled the world.
Various creatures roamed the earth: Dragons took the skies, Wendigos ventured the deep holes and shallow waters, and Demons scoured the open land. These three monstrosities led the tirade of wickedness that happened, they were powerful, majestic, and dangerous. Until one fateful day.
A new type of creature emerged from the ground, from a seed to be specific, they had two arms, two legs, a single head, and no distinct features, besides that they could talk. They had no defensive armor, no large teeth or a certain diet for souls, they were just...beings.
But they were weak, their bodies were soft and fleshy, and being almost physically defenseless in a world inhabited by wicked creatures, they were the easiest prey. But these monsters had underestimated them too much, that these "beings" had a strong survival instinct, and survive they had. They even multiplied increasingly.
And as these beings started to grow in sheer number, the game of survival has suddenly tipped, and the once majestic rulers of the land, the seas, and the skies, are now becoming memories.
But as long as those three species survive, monsters will fight to remain in the world.
And they want to win. Even if they have to destroy one another.
