As I clean my blood-stained scythe in the river and look up at the clear night sky I start thinking back on how all of this began. How I became the guard for the princess I admired and loved, how her sister became my best friend and how this hellhole of a planet gave me the curse that made me become this....thing. But hey at least I got a cool weapon and a princess out of it.

I was the last child out of four siblings. My parents spoilt me with everything. In every way. They had no problem allowing me to have whatever my heart desired. I wish I was faced with a normal challenge that most men do when they were in love. A normal challenge would occasionally be them trying to prove their love for their woman, or compete for her hand if there was another man after her. I would love to compete but how could I ever compete with something which is not a being of any sort? How was I ever going to compete or battle against something I could never touch or see? How could I beat it if it is the one she has chosen to go with? How could I ever take away the freedom of choice? How could I ever compete with Death?

"Your just a princess, you can't harm me." The man said certain that he was correct. Although I Princess Azumi, knew better not to kill the man, I went ahead and just did my normal routine, I did with everyone who crosses my path. It was a little game I play. I threatned "Oh but I can, I can show you if you please." He just turned to the man behind him and laughed his ass off along with the same man behind him. I laughed along with them knowing my next move. "Nice to know that in a matter of minutes your death will occur, and better yet on my hands." I yet again threatened. His eyes widened as I came closer to him and used the, once hidden katana. I shoved it into his stomach and I smirked as I brought the nicely forged sword into the other man stabbing him in the same spot but wispering in his ear "Isn't it nice to see people die?"
