Do you believe in destiny? In past lives? Logan used to think it was some invention to fool the naive ones. It was until he started having those dreams.
They started happening once a week, then two, then every single night. Always the same story, only at different moment. Like a viewer in front of a tv show, although he wasn't watching. He was in the dream, being a prince who ran away to be with the stale boy.
Logan first ignored them, thinking it was some silly trick of his mind. But, in the hallway of his university, he bumped into someone who changed that belief. The young man from his dreams was standing right in front of him.
What will happen now? Will they be together? Will the love of their ancestors survive the time? Will these soulmates be reunited even if the chances are...infinitesimal?

In this world, you learn of your soulmate at age 16. You get an hour in their body per soulmate - it's only in a dream world similar to reality, though. On Logan's birthday, he, Roman, Patton, and Virgil get their dreams. It is customary to leave a basic introduction card next to your bed, as the Dream Scape copies reality. One of the four, however, gives no hint to who he is. Follow the group as they begin the search for each other. There are trigger warnings by chapter. Everyone has a necklace that's given to them at birth. A necklace that is half of a unique shape and ties you to your soulmate. The problem is, Virgil doesn't have one. He's never had one. Patton lives in a world where the first words your soulmate says to you is written on your skin. The permentant presence of the words 'You're in my seat' on his thigh had yet to disappear until his soulmate utters them one day. Deep down he dreaded that day. You see, Patton had no interest in a romantic relationship which was abnormal in a world ruled by the soulmate system. Virgil hated the soulmate system. He hated it because it gave him the words 'well aren't you a ray of sunshine' printed boldly on his forehead. Luckily for him, foundation was his best friend (and his only friend, for that matter). He never showed it, but he longed for the day his soulmate would sweep the aggravating statement off his forehead and him off his feet. Logan, to put it simply, was married to his work. A love interest didn't interest him in the slightest. The only heed he took that the soulmate system existed was the thinly printed 'what did you say?' on his left palm. He heard that statement a lot but the mild annoyance on his hand was yet to disappear. Roman lived up to his name as a big romantic. In his eyes, the soulmate system was the best thing to happen to him, so the fact that the words written on his collarbone were 'go away' really burst his bubble. The thought of spending his life with his 'other half' was enthralling to him, but the fact his dad expected him to settle down with a nice girl was terrifying.
