Escaping from your past isn't easy, especially when you're just a puppet in the grand scheme of things. We were young, but we never had it easy. You could say we were lucky after escaping time and time again, but our fate always brought us back. Even now, we are not what we wanted, but who we were meant to be. It's in our blood, we have no choice. We were born into something much bigger than ourselves, something that we'll never be able to fully escape from. This may appear to be an ordinary cliché story, but all those clichés give us comfort. It means that maybe one day we will have our happy ending, but that has yet to come.
