"Come on, Mr L'Oréal. Play the game of love."
I beg as a last resort to try and persuade Leon. Not only would it make our mission more interesting, it would help get Ada out of Leon's mind...and help Leon get out of mine.
The male besides me folds his arms and let's out a tired huff, his brows creased ever so slightly. If after ten years he still hasn't learnt that I don't take no for an answer, I might just need to get a new partner.
"Leon~" I drawl in a sing-song voice, hopping from the train tracks to tug on the hem of his shirt. He turns his stormy, gaze to me, with an exasperated expression, as if he were dealing with a child. My lips form an innocent, Cheshire cat grin. He turns his head away from me, shaking his cappuccino locks and letting out a breathy chuckle from the back of his throat. A proud expression paints over my face as I predict his next words.
"Fine. Let's play the game of love."

Agent Layla Rose Winters has been Leon Scott Kennedy's partner for ten years; the pair old friends. Together, they have overcome hardships, pain, death and saved more lives than they can count. Now, however, the two must tackle their biggest problem yet. Love. All while saving the world from a global epidemic...again.
Leon and Layla, Womaniser and Ice Queen, Captain Hair Gel and Woman Of The Night, now travel to England to follow up on rumours of a new virus. It seems Derek C. Simmons' recipe for disaster has appeared once more, a year later, and landed in the hands of a power hungry businessman. Once again, it's up to Leon and Layla to save the day. Is it ever that easy though?
Follow the pair as they fight through fire and blood against mutants, missiles, kidnappers and... bad hotel rooms?
All and more while they compete in a little game called love. Will Leon and Layla express their heart's deepest desires? Or will their game be cut short, as they embark on what could possibly be their last mission?
Either way, the game is on.

You've just been informed by Chief Irons himself that not only are you to just drop all the missing kid cases piled up on your desk for the rapidly rising cannibal attacks, you're also getting a new partner after six months of flying solo. Who better than RPD's rookie, Leon Kennedy? While you are super excited to finally have someone to share the load with, the last thing you want is to get this kid killed. So, you give him a call, explaining that he is to avoid Raccoon City until further notice.
Leon Kennedy is a stubborn man. He forced his way through the police academy, and doesn't take 'no' for an answer. So on what was supposed to be the day before his first day on the job, he got a call from his very own would-be partner, ordering him to stay put.
He didn't listen.
