Samuel Vasquez, is a 17 year old boy. His mother left him at an orphanage and someone adopted him. His foster mother left him again at the age of 10 because he was hard to handle. He started to steal at this age so he can live a life. He is known as " Vulture " He seeked revenge and killed his foster mother at the age of 16. He was then brought to this "school" where he can socialize with his fellow criminals. He is proud to be one of them. Eventually, he fell in love for this girl, Evangeline, a 17 year old girl.
Evangeline Mendez became a thief at the age of 11 and now she is a proffesional thief that steals information from the government to sell them to terrorists. Her mother is a drunky and his dad sexually abused her. She escaped her home at the age of 10. She started to live anywhere that had a roof. She devoped her skill of stealing and became one of the richest person in her town. She is known as the "Athacker", a combination of Thief and Hacker. The police eventually caught her and was too young to put her in jail so they sent her to this "school". She is one of the most violenced girl in the school. She then started a gang of thieves in school where only the most experienced and proffesionals can join.

I was so taken by his presence and voice that I Couldn't move even if I wanted to.. He pushed me down to the ground by holding my shoulders. I froze in my place as he gazed at me intensely. I couldn't bring myself to look into his eyes but I felt his gaze on me.. Observing my every move.. Closely, Very closely..I am sure he could feel my raged heartbeat and my fast breathing.. And even the slight shaking of my fingers beside me. His gaze on me was suffocating and too intense to ignore.. Life After The Cure
Rex Salzar has cured every one of the harmful nanites and he alone remains with his Evo powers. An 'Evo' stands for Exponentially Variegated Organism. It's when "nanites" (which are small as cells but are little machines) randomly activate inside their hosts (human or animal) giving them powerful abilities. But it usually mutates them into monsters that are most times, mindless and destructive. But him being an exception as he retains his sanity and human form only using his ability to turn parts of his body (arms and feet) into various machines in self-defense against other Evos. Making him even more special is that he can cure other Evos. This story takes place after he has cured the world of that plight as he worked along with an organization called Providence. Rex now questions the need for him to be a hero anymore. He knew he was doing the right thing since his deceased parents who died during the first outbreak of nanties would want him to use his powers for good. But he wonders if this may be a good opportunity for him to start living a normal teenage life. Making matters worse he gets put on a seemingly boring mission to follow an advertising company that goes to underdeveloped towns that promises to give the people better lives. Worse yet he gets placed with his long-time partner Kenwyn Jones to go to one of the Caribbean Islands where this is taking place. The two had never really gotten along but he accepts the mission anyway to what at first glance may seem like a vacation to paradise to him. But when the locals start to lock their doors and windows at the sound of an ice cream truck and others who go out are never seen again may be a sign that his job is just not finished. That is if he's up to the task of being an everyday hero ATTENTION- I do not own Rex or any of Man Of Action properties/ past plots mentioned/ characters. That being said hope you enjoy and this story is fandom blind.
