Welcome to Safeville. Where everybody is Safe if they follow The Rules and Regulations. They have to go by Him and Her. Him and Her are the leaders of Safeville, where everybody is Safe. Everybody is Normal. Nobody will get Killed, Hurt, or Injured. Nobody is Weird. The School is Safe. The Homes are Safe. But one 15-year old girl and her family move to Safeville, they stick out like a red tulip in a sea of yellow tulips. Everybody is scared. Everything is Unsafe while Aurora and her family are here. Everything about her is Weird. Her name. Her clothes. Her food. Her accent. Her looks. Her parents. And Him and Her don't like Weird. Because Weird is Unsafe. But when trouble stirs up at The Capital, somebody as to save them.

**This is my first time trying out Science Fiction...please critique whatever needs critique-ing (word or nah) and sorry if it's kinda awkward...as I said...first time. But please give me feedback! Good or bad!**

"At least hold me where you can't see my underwear" she says to me "Thanks for the idea" I say to her looking quickly at the blue lacy underwear that matches my shirt on her "I like the blue matches my shirt" "Shut up" she grumbles ---------- "Fine your ass looks really fuck-able in these tight sweats" she taps my ass laughing ---------- "Let me down" she says to me "If you insist" I say to her slapping her ass once lightly before placing her on her feet ---------- Meet Daniel Matthews the nerd who is bullied, when he was younger his dad was never good to him, Daniel's dad does not want him happy. Daniel's neighbor Adrianna never talk but one day she needs a place to get away from her dad and they become friends, but only her friends know and he is still bullied. Meet Adrianna Robertson the bad girl is what people call her, when she was younger her mom left her the day she was born with her controlling father. Adrianna parties and gets drunk and smokes all the time. One day she just can't stand staying with her dad for any longer and goes to her neighbor Daniel's house till her friend picks her up. She went back completely wasted and needed a place to stay for the night since her dad was on her ass about getting drunk so she stays with him. I hope you like the book, there is going to a mild amount of swearing and lots of drinking and smoking. Everything is made up beside the state they live in. So I guess you need some figuring out to do." ********* Daimen and River were both seniors at the same high school, they took some of the same classes, walked the same halls, live in fair distance from each other, but they couldn't have been more different. When high school was over River and Daimen became ghosts to each other but then years later fate decides to bring them back together. River Sparrow hates confrontation. She's jumpy, but tries to see the bright side of situations. She's quiet, soft spoken, the "teacher's pet," and keeps to herself a lot. She's a volunteer at the local animal shelter and loves one dog in particular the most. Daimen Princeston would fight in a heartbeat. He's strong, intimidating, and pretty much has people running for the hills at the very aspect of him getting angry. His devil-may-care attitude swirls around him and no one wants to get on his bad side. Of course River is afraid of him, and she has a good right to be. But when River starts to learn more of the young man everyone fears she starts to see him in a new way. After some time feelings grow stronger and she hopes she's not fallen for a murderer. And if she has, who is she to deny him the love he so desperately needs?

She's a 16 year old girl who has under gone much heartache due to the dystopian setting. She has made a promise to her older brother, Drew, while he was on his death bed, to protect their younger siblings- a promise she hopes she doesn't break. She is very tough, but fear is a constant no matter who you are. In the story, fear is ruling her; the fear that she's failing Drew. If she, her family, and her neighbors were not in this setting, she'd be perfectly happy. But she can't be happy now, not with everything that's going on.
